As part of our time in Vail, we’re excited to continue a tradition in the loan trading world: dinner with your trading partners. These relaxed, small-group dinners offer a chance to deepen relationships, exchange insights, and connect beyond the day-to-day flow of trades. Whether you’re discussing market trends or simply enjoying good food and company, it’s an opportunity to build trust and alignment that lasts well beyond the slopes.

Recommended Accommodations in Denver
If you’re flying into Denver and plan to attend the dinner or make the morning commute, I recommend that everyone stay at the same hotel to simplify group pickup. Last year, we stayed at the Inverness, which has since changed ownership — so I can’t speak to the current guest experience, but it was a convenient choice in the past.

If you’re planning to drive up to Vail and are open to taking a few passengers, please let me know — it would be a huge help in coordinating transportation. Whether you have room for one or a few, every seat makes a difference and helps ensure a smooth start to the trip for everyone. Thanks in advance for considering! This will allow me to figure out if I need to utilize a bus rental up to the mountains.

Thursday March 19th
Leave from Hotel location in Denver, CO @ 5:30 AM and head to Evergreen Lodge in Vail, CO Address: 250 S Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO 81657 Get There:1 hr 52 min
Arrive Evergreen Lodge
Upon arrival in Vail around 7:30 AM, please park in the Evergreen Lodge parking lot located directly in front of the hotel. While check-in begins at 4:00 PM, you’ll have plenty of time to settle in and get oriented. If you need to pick up gear, feel free to head straight to the ski rental shop conveniently located inside the lodge.
Ski Rentals
Venture Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals is conveniently located in the lobby of the Evergreen Lodge. To pick up your rental package, simply let the staff know you're with Alpine Agenda. For more details, visit their website: https://evergreenvail.com/amenites/ski-rentals/. They’ll also store your equipment when you return from the mountain, so you won’t need to bring it up to your room.
Lift Tickets
Once everyone has completed their gear rentals, we’ll head over together to the lift ticket window. If you opted in for a lift ticket and provided your date of birth and your address, your ticket will be ready for pickup — no additional steps needed.
Thursday Lunch
Plan to grab a quick and easy lunch with your ski or snowboard group at Mid-Vail. It’s a great chance to refuel and recharge before the afternoon festivities — and don’t forget, 3:00 PM comes up fast!
Après ski at The Red Lion in Vail 3:00pm
We’ll have reserved tables waiting, with food and drinks served as the festivities begin. Live music will kick off promptly at 3:00 PM, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable après ski experience. You’re welcome to check into your room or head out to explore anytime after 4:00 PM, once check-in officially begins.

Friday March 20th
Start the morning by catching up on calls and emails at your own pace. For the highly motivated pow chasers, the lifts open at 8:30 AM — perfect for those eager to carve first tracks. For the rest of us, we’ll plan to meet at 9:45 AM at Gondola One to kick off a day of powder-filled fun together.
Friday Lunch
Plan to grab a quick and easy lunch with your ski or snowboard group at Mid-Vail. It’s a great chance to refuel and recharge before the afternoon festivities — and don’t forget, 3:00 PM comes up fast!
Après ski at Garfinkel’s (Lionshead Village) at 3:00pm
Garfinkel’s doesn’t take table reservations, so I’ll plan to head over a bit early to secure spots for our group. It’s a super laid-back place, and in the past, I’ve never had any trouble grabbing tables — we should be all set to relax and enjoy the afternoon.

Saturday March 21st
For those still in town on Saturday, let’s plan to meet at Gondola One at 9:30 AM. By then, the group tends to be a bit smaller as travel plans and schedules usually thin out the crowd.
